Lunch: Primanti's chicken sandwich (350 calories)
Dinner: Pita w. Chicken, lamb, lettuce, tomato, & mayo (400 calories)
Snack: PB&J sandwich on roll (300 calories)

Exercise: 1 hour on the bike...
