Lunch: 2 slices bread, full can of tuna, 1 tbsp of miracle whip, 1 slice muenser cheese - 480 calories
Dinner: 6 in. roasted chicken breast from subway w. lettuce, tomato, onion, 3 triangles of american cheese - 360 calories
and 2/3 of a gorton fish fillet - 65 calories

Exercise: 50 minutes on the stationary bike (too cold to ride today) - 560 calories

In other news, I ran into elevator girl again today and again didn't have the guts to ask her out (as I've chickened out for the 7th time now)... I have 2 tickets to the symphony in 3 weeks and hopefully the stars will align for an 8th time between now and then and I'll have the guts to ask the question.
