I was kinda lethargic at work today, feeling allergic to getting things done. I don't know why my productivity hit a slight lapse, hopefully I'll escape it by tomorrow.

Weight: (at WRCT now, I'll weigh myself after I get home)

Breakfast: Cup of hot chocolate

Lunch: Sandwich w. Turkey/Corned Beef/Swiss, Yo' Crunch (vanilla yogurt w. crunchies)

Dinner: Pita w. lettuce, tomato, chicken, lamb, and mayo.

Exercise: 25 minutes on the eliptical thing (358 calories)
