Getting back on the wagon
South Park Blue Suit
Off for a ski trip with my dad in 6 weeks. Need to get in shape for it quickly.

Given my success with my prior diet journal, I'll try it again.

Today Intake:
1 Sandwich on brown roll w. sliced chicken & sharp cheddar (320 cal)
2 teaspoons of peanut butter (90 calories)
TBD... will likely be a salad made here pre-show...

Weight (new digital scale for consistency): 234
Exercise: Bike for an hour
