Reprogramming my brain to ignore my stomach

Sitting at home hungry as heck and owing myself 2 assignments before going to bed. I'll postpone them to take a long walk and grab some dinner in a sec (subway is the plan), but I'm still hungry as heck. Having days where my exercise activities nullify all of my foods are probably not a great thing to do, but will definitely help get through all of the excess fat sitting around...

Breakfast: 8oz OJ - 100 calories
Lunch: 2 tomatoes stuffed with 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and 1 tbsp of parmesan - 260 calories
Dinner: Subway (something under 650 calories)

Exercise: Already 60 minutes on the bike (600 calories) & 4 miles of walking (480 calories)
