Completely ignoring sports that are taking place right now (the NBA playoffs, including a good race in the east for the last spot, and the NHL playoffs), the panel has been rambling on incoherently for the past 3/4 hours, merely regurgitating various other talk-show host comments, or the latest article on espn.go.com. My participation is optional, but I occasionally chime in with something off-the-wall or insightful, mostly because I haven't spent much time on espn's site, or listening to other sports talk shows.
Oh, the madness never stops.
Weight right now: 233 (likely mostly a water thing)
Food for the day:
Breakfast: Raisin bagel w. butter
Lunch: Sandwich (corned beef, turkey, and swiss on white), 2 express yoplait sticks (a go-gurt ripoff), can of tomato juice, bag of carrots
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza left around the office.
Snack I forgot to include in last night's entry: 5oz of strawberries
Exercise: Actually hit the gym for 2 days in a row, kept a pace of 5.5 MPH on the treadmill for 7 minutes (late in my workout). Also, took a 2.3 mile walk at lunch. Hopefully by the end of the week, I'll be able to run a 10-minute mile.
