Old habits die hard, new ones take time to form

Well, I'm off to bed in a second to get some much needed rest pre-buggy. Getting up at 4:30 sucks, but at least I'll have my usual 6 hours of sleep pre.

Keeping with the habit of posting weight/food for the day...

Weight: 231 (just sweated for 2 hours though...)

Breakfast: Blueberry bagel w. butter
Lunch: Can of Tomato Juice, Baby Cut Carrots, Turkey, Corned Beef & Swiss Sandwich, 2 yoplait go-gurt ripoffs.
Dinner: 3 small slices of pizza sitting around the office
Snack: 1/3 glass of orange/banana juice
