Food glorious food!

Breakfast: Glass of Orange/Banana Juice
Lunch: Asiago Chicken Sandwich, Broccoli Cheese Soup, small bun
Dinner: Some plain garden salad (lo-fat blue cheese dressing), can of tuna w. miracle whip, 2 slices of butterball turkey deli meat.

Snack: One individually wrapped mini-caramel square thing.

Exercise: None so far... evening is still young
